Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "Miguel was professional and informative. He had to drill through the cement to repair the flange and tried to save my floor tile so I wouldn't have that additional expense. Unfortunately, it didn't work but I appreciated the effort and there was no extra charge even though it took extra time to go back to 'plan A'. He offered several options and suggestions but not in a salesman type way (i.e., buy something else or better that costs more). I will definitely call them again for any plumbing issues!"
