"I am very Happy to say that Done Rite Services is a Wonderful Company to work with. We have been using EMMCo for the entire time of owning our home (15+ years) Always reliable and friendly. Before the Holiday's our heating began to act up and we knew it was time to replace the entire system. One phone call to the office and the appointment was set. Jordan Benjamin came out and spent time explaining options and what would be done to replace and upgrade our system. Within a week the installers Brandon McSpadden, Kasey, Isaiah Cotroneo arrived. They explained what would take place over the next 3 days. This could have been a disaster because we have 4 dogs but they were very accommodating. With very few hiccups my system was installed to my satisfaction. I have to say not one piece of wire, tape or a bit of dust was left behind. Each one of the crew was very respectful of my home and the most professional group of young men. I am not the easiest to deal with because I have lots of questions. I was never made to feel like I was bothering them and they took my concerns very seriously. My rating for this company is they are AMAZING!!! "I called this company last month to do a water repiping for a rental. I was very satisfied with the efficiency and competence of these guys. However, at my own residence, I called a prominent plumbing company, one that advertises heavily, to fix a leaking pressure relief valve on a water tank they installed. This company told me that my water pressure was too high (80 psi) which it was. Their solution was to have me install an expansion tank plus install a 2 inch pressure relief valve. I then called Cal's who installed the relief valve on the 3/4 line from my meter, and said I didn't need an expansion tank. The whole price was less than what the other company was going to charge me for just the 2 inch pressure relief valve. This demonstrated to me that this company is honest and fair. Their professionalism and competence are unquestionable. From now on, I'm saving time and grief by calling them for any plumbing issues."

"Daniel not only turned the unit on, he checked the Co2 levels in the house and found they were high. I had been baking and the oven was on while he ran the test. He suggested I turn on the exhaust fan then tested again and the levels went to an acceptable level. I usually only use the hood exhaust fan when things I'm cooking on the range something smokey but I learned I need to use it  whenever I use the oven. He then checked our carbon monoxide monitor to make sure it was functioning properly. It was but he said it wasn't as sensitive as the meter he used.
I will call and check with our range installer to make sure everything was done properly but I would have never thought to check it
before this. Daniel was willing to answer all our questions and help us with something (our stove) which was not part of the heating/cooling package.
