It was a big job that they pulled off perfectly--on time and within the stated budget. Different teams of contractors took on different tasks; all of them were courteous, informative and excellent listeners. The back office people were equally polite and always helpful. However, when we met with the designer (Julian) his overall demeanor was suitable but not outstanding, considering the amount of money and time our family was about to embark on with this type of project. In addition, Julian was not very responsive and did not make himself very available. Despite our reservations, we continued to push through the next phases of the project which included a deposit, design, engineering, and permit fees. However, once the project was slated to begin, Julian and the site manager came to our home and began advising of several unexpected and unknown additional cost. Cont."

"We suffered a major leak last year, causing an immediate need to remodel our kitchen. We interviewed 4 general contractors prior to making our selection, asking nearly every question we could think of to ensure we made the right choice. From the very first meeting, we knew I DO Remodeling was the right fit for us. Whereas each of the other 4 candidates gave various (sometimes opposing) solutions for the soffit in our kitchen, Ido was the first to get his hands dirty to find out what was feasible and cost-effective. He was a straight-shooter, set proper expectations and followed through during the entirety of our project.
