It was only 11 years old and he had been installing the same unit up to last year. He asked one of his people to look at it. (Another great guy named Bob.) He recognized oil on a line, and found a leak pretty quickly. Bottom line -- these guys could have quoted me a $12,000 job and I'd have probably done it. Instead they did the right thing, the honest thing, and fixed/recharged the system for $600+. People need to know about this -- you can't put a price on character."

"The install took longer than expected because they are a small company, and were extra busy with other jobs that week. However, when it was all said and done, I am quite pleased with the results. The AC works great in the summer, and my winter heating bills are almost 50% less than they used to be. Would I do it again? Yes. Would I wait this long to do it? No Way! One of the main reasons Bob's company is special is that he does a good portion of the work himself. It's not contracted out to people you don't know. You meet Bob, and he does the work. Bob was also very accommodating about where to place vents, how to route ducts, etc... He also did a good job at educating me on how the system works along the way. Thanks Bob!"

"We were given an estimate by Jason & he was very professional & he gave us two options for the work that needed to be done. We chose this company over the two others we received as the work would bring all of our electrical up to code. We were given a start date & estimate of how long it would take and they were spot on. The work was completed on time & it looks great. One the things we liked was that the person doing the estimate (Jason) was also the one doing the work. They handled everything - permits & contacting the city inspector. The city inspector reviewing g the work just kept saying "wow." We did purchase an extra package which included a followup inspection of our furnace & A/C units. Jason & Jayden were respectful of our time & propert & we highly recommend them!"

He installed the two heaters and hooked up the thermostat and installed a new outlet. He was a very quick worker and I was very satisfied with his service.
