Not quite as bad as them doing same since we also still have broken HVAC too, both said they would fix ( I bought gasket already, they could have put in) or replace if they brought new toilet. Problem is not in water pipes except they need testing for lead - both said they would do this too - when I asked oak re taking a sample, how long sitting in pipes? He wiped off his soda water bottle and asked “which pipes?” !!"

"Moore efficiently ordered a new part and replaced the bracket. Very simple, nice work. At the same time they did the inspection of the furnace (in our attic), found two problems and fixed them. The drain collecting water from the furnace had been damaged, and there was a error in installing the drain pipe in the attic. Some cost for these fixes but glad to have work done. He carefully and thoughtfully considered the best way to make it fit in the limited space, and ultimately came up with a super-efficient solution that required a minimum of new piping. He explained and demonstrated how it worked, and how to turn it on and off. As he turned on the pilot light for the water heater after installation, he explained how to do it if I ever needed to do it myself. Quick to respond to my initial inquiry and further questions. Excellent service -- highly recommended!"

"My wife and I bought a house a couple years ago, and became owners of a radiant heating systems installed more than 20 years ago. Tony and Damian did a great job of understanding how my radiant heating system works, what repairs were needed/what was failing, and where upgrades were needed. They replaced the pump, both expansion tanks, and the neutralizer. Additionally, they noticed the hot water tank was installed incorrectly, and the hot and cold water connections were flipped. It's amazing the system worked, and it's nice to have a system that's correctly installed (even if it's 20 years later!). Additionally, they secured the expansion tanks to the wall (now required by code), replaced the deteriorating copper pipes connected to the neutralizer with plastic (I'm sure this is code now as well), and re-routed the overflow pipes to the outside (rather than the floor!). You can't go wrong with these guys, well done, they're true craftsmen to the trade."

"These guys are the best. Did a partial home repipe of both the water and drain pipes. Other plumbers tried to upsell us by replacing newer pipes and the water heater. Ray and Alex just did the repiping that was necessary. Excellent communication, friendly and on time. Even worked in tough, rainy conditions. Ray owns his own business and takes pride in his work.
