Initially when I found Nir on a recommendation by a friend, he answered politely and was at my property the next day. A fair estimate was given and I had to wait two weeks for the custom made chases. Remarkably the Chases were made in only a week, he called me and was there the next day and they were installed. Amazing!!! The cleanliness and professionalism with which Nir runs his business is really remarkable. The new custom made chases look great. As well during the installation process he took pictures step by step so he could explain it to me. You just don't find companies who operate like this much anymore. "I had a different company come out previously to do a sweep and inspection. I have a fireplace with a wood stove insert. The first company told me that they could not pull my wood stove out because it was improperly installed and gave me a long list of items that I needed to get fixed (some of which seemed redundant) and that I shouldn't use my chimney until all the work was complete. I didn't get a good feeling from them so I called Complete Chimney to come out and do a second inspection to see what they thought. Scott and Jimmy (I think) came out and one of the first things they did was pull out my wood stove. They inspected my chimney and talked to me realistically about what I should have done. I have an old wood stove that I am not quite ready to replace, and asked if they could fit a new liner to my existing stove. He told me the new wood stoves require a 6 inch liner, where mine was an 8 inch, but told me they could install a boot to adapt to the old wood stove until we are ready for a new one. He was professional and didn't speak down to me. Since the weather was getting cold, I was worried about not getting put on their schedule in time. Scott called the office for me on the spot, and made my appointment for me. Andrew came out to do the work with a helper. They were on time, professional and courteous. I was impressed that Andrew knew the exact work that needed to be done, he even cleaned the shelf behind the stove that the previous company did not do because they never pulled my stove out. Even though they were there for several hours, there was not a speck of soot anywhere, except the workers! Will definitely use them again! <br />"

"We have had Victor work on various jobs - earlier this month, he fixed our roof ridge vent. We had a roof leak last month with all the rain and he was able to come out within a few days to check it out. Victor recommended we add more protection around the ridge venting since rain/wind was coming in between the venting, which had been installed by another contractor years before. We have not had any more water leaks. In the past, Victor has cleaned our roof/gutters, fixed our chimney brick, and fixed water damage and rotting wood on our shed roof. Victor is honest, does a great job and charges a fair price for the work he does. I'd highly recommend him and use his services again."

They called and ordered the parts and helped set up a plumber to come assist with the rest of the fireplace installation. They also did an inspection of the old fireplace and repointed the inside and the outside of the fireplace and chimney. Everyone at their main office is always nice and helpful and they make sure to call before they come out for service as a reminder."
