"Absolutely phenomenal! Luis and his crew were polite, honest, and professional. My husband and I have never experienced working with a contractor before, so we prayed for God to put the right people in our path, and He answered our prayers tremendously. We were clueless about materials and how much things should cost on average, but Luis guided us step-by-step. He and his crew built a second walk-in closet for our master bedroom. The work looks so professional, it looks as if the closet is a part of the house’s original design, very seamless! Part of our back porch was used for the space, and one of the living room windows had to be removed. We’re still in awe of how it looks like a window was never there! We plan on using BetaPro in the near future, and highly, HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone!!"

"They were very professional, keeping us updated on progress as it went along. They even checked our outside faucets and repaired one that was leaking. Very pleased and will definitely use them again. <br />"

"Reliable Building Services were very professional and courteous when it came to our home addition. They took their time to make sure everything was done correctly and went out of their way to fix prior mistakes from other contractors. The owner David was just a phone call away and although a busy man, would be able to meet with us within an hour. We are very pleased with the work they have done and would hire them for all of our building needs."

"He constantly had his people go above and beyond to make sure everything in the entire room matched up- meaning he didn't just do the affected area. he painted the entire room's moldings, he cleaned the entire room's tile, he made sure the seals were redone in the bathroom. He was a true professional. Especially is how careful he was in getting all the details needed for the estimate for our insurance company and for us. We had 3 different companies come out, including Servpro and they couldn't even get all their estimates from one person to give me a full estimate. Rapid Response gives you a complete and full estimate and he deals with the other contractors, not you. So you don't have any other headaches to deal with. It was a breeze dealing with Rapid Response! I recommend them to anyone who needs anything done with water cleanup! <br />"

"i have recently had to change home owners insurance companies. the new company sent out a home inspector that went around and looked at the house. he determined without getting on the roof that it had major repairs. i was in a panic. Matt Duggan and his crew came out- inspected my roof and assured me that other than some minor wind shingles replacement and repair that my roof had several more years on it. they worked to get these small repairs done within the timelines set forth by the new insurance company. he not only charged exactly what he said $350 but he also typed up a letter and offered to speak with my insurance company if he needed. they were prompt and professional. i have several large dogs and he never blinked an eye- which is always a plus. i have asked him to come back out to give me a quote on fence and then in next few weeks plan on flooring. they are a great overall group. Every girl needs a good handyman and i think i have found mine. <br />"

"Excellent service.  Brandon installed electrical service to our vacant lot.  He worked with the electric company to get everything completed.  When power was turned on but we didn't have electricity, he sent someone out during a storm to get everything working.  We will definitely be using this company when we start building our house. <br />"

"I did some of the work and they did some. We worked together really well on the project. It was excellent. I would highly recommend them. In fact, after this work, I’m going to have them build a house for me. That work is going to be around $180,000."

"Tony & crew were there everyday at 7:45am 5 days a week. The estimate was clear & exact. We received a bill every Friday clearly indicating the percent of completion for each portion of work from the estimate so there was absolutely no confusion. They wanted to receive a paycheck and so they worked consistently to insure that this was accomplished. When redesigning the space Tony would give consideration & thought to each step rather than jumping in without thought. He often provided alternate, more economical avenues to reach the same result. If I called or emailed in the evening or on a weekend with questions he ALWAYS answered promptly. His pricing was fair & equitable. Tony did not charge for the work he put into the redesign nor for a project management fee. In this 2010 market we sold that house in 6 weeks for only a few K under asking price. We are now spoiled. We have moved out of Tennessee and cannot find a contractor we are pleased with to build our new home. We use to do flips and so have worked with a number of contractors over the years. Never before have we been able to write such a glowing report."

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Savannah, TN

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
