"This was a remodeling job. Ed finished 800 sq ft of basement. Framed walls, drywall, insulation, electrical outlets, suspended ceiling, lights, installed doors. (Flooring was done by a company he recommended.) He impressed me by carefully listening to what I wanted and provided valuable advice throughout the design and execution of the work. He started work promptly and skillfully coordinated the work of his employees and subcontractors so that there was very little downtime. Workers were very competent, friendly, and respectful to us, the homeowners. I highly recommend him for any type of remodeling or new construction project and would use him exclusively in the future. I want to recognize him for his quality work, competence, helpfulness, honesty and integrity."

"This project started as a home repair that I soon realized was more than I could handle. The entire 2C team was very professional from beginning to end. The estimator made sure he understood what I wanted before finalizing the job and turned the estimate around in just 2 days. He lead the actual crew that did the work so I did not have to explain again what was needed. Daily cleanup was fantastic! The crew made sure you could not tell they were there when they left at the end of the day. Not one nail left in the grass. As they opened up the project they found more damage than originally expected. They made sure I agreed before they proceeded to increase scope. Even with the additional work the cost increase was well within what I expected. The final day I was not able to be onsite, I came home to a completed job that included everything we had discussed and a completely clean work site. 2C was not the cheapest or the most expensive but they did deliver great value and I would highly recommend them to anyone."

The scheduling difficulties in what has been two weeks of correspondence are not that unusual in the business, but as it happens the problem that led me to seek their services is too urgent to keep waiting on this kind of back and forth. I will secure a general contractor through Angie's List who can visit my place this week and take care of a shower that is leaking into the living room ceiling. I feel that purchasing a big deal for this sort of thing was not particularly realistic, and appreciate your help so that I can resume showering ASAP! Thanks."

"We live in an older home, built in 1947. After much research we decided to make the switch from regular paint to the newer, more permanent coating style of paint. We selected Hoosier Permanent Coatings as our supplier  last October---and weather turned against us before  we could get the job completed last year. Hoosier Permanent Coatings, held our price for 2014 and stayed in touch with us as the weather began to warm in the spring (this year) to get us on the schedule at a time that was convenient for us. In addition we had significant window repair and replacement being done (by another contractor) that had to be coordinated along with the painting job. In short I cannot say enough good things about Hoosier Permanent Coatings (HPC) and particularly their Office Manager, Rosemary. While I was having serious challenges with the window contractor, HPC was with us every step of the way. When it finally became time for them to do their job---they arrived on time, worked extremely long days, all with great care, and did the most beautiful job!  Rosemary communicated regularly regarding what would happen each day...and that's exactly what happened. Their crew supervisor (I forget his name)--was terrific as well. Very respectful and professional. Everyone of the crew was thoughtful and courteous. A manager came by the job each day--to be sure I was satisfied and to see if I had any additional questions.
I cannot say enough nice things. I would heartily recommend Hoosier Permanent Coatings to everyone that is considering this service. Our house has never looked better!
