"Mark is an AMAZING contractor, not only as a professional but a really nice personable guy. He arrived every day in a cheerful mood, and did an absolutely outstanding job remodeling my condo master bathroom at a very fair price, and I am totally thrilled with the outcome. He also installed a bathroom fan that other contractors said could not be done or didn't want to take the time to figure out how to do it. Kudos to Mark on that accomplishment!! He made sure I was happy with everything that was done and if I made a change, was more than gracious to make that change, something I have not found with other contractors I have hired in the past. He finished the job within the time period promised and wasn't charged one cent more than his estimate; in fact he purchased things that I needed along the way and didn't even want payment for those items. I could not end this review without mentioning his helper, Dave, who accompanied him every day. "The whole process was detailed and well done. This was in a new home construction and Curt took the time to make sure the vision I had was brought to life. He custom designed the medicine cabinet in the master bathroom. Had our countertops and vanities set at the height we requested. The only issue I had was some lack of communication to let me know when there were issues getting the one bathroom vanity and letting me know timing of when someone would be coming to do the installations. Other then that the we overall are pleased with the work done."

"The job went well.  There were a few days where he or I had to cancel due to personal problems that came up during the construction.  When he had to cancel, he made it up by staying late in the evening to get the work done.  We also had to deal with rainy days which held up the work that had to be done on the outside wall and replacing the siding.  Over all the work he did was excellent and he was professional at all times.  I would definitely have him back to do more work that needs to be done on our house.

"I liked Chris immediately, however, the price he quoted was over my budget and did not include upgrading my 1st floor lineloeum.   I did get other estimates that were much more reasonable and included removing my 1st floor linoleum and replacing it with an ugrade.  Additionally, other estimates included painting more areas of the house than what Chris offered. 
Additionally, it seemed as if Chris was tremdously busy, and I respect that... But, I had to contact him (2 weeks) to ask for an estimate.  He did bring in a Paint specialist free of charge to discuss the type of paint I should be using.  When talking to the paint specialist I pinpointed to the detail exactly what I wanted to be performed in the house.   When I called Chris the second time a week after, he did not seem to know anything about my discussion with the Sherwin Williams paint specialist.
Chris seemed to be genuinely concerned about me and I am sure he would have done an outstanding job.  It's just that I needed to stay within my budget and also wanted my first floor to be upgraded.
