Comes with you to the store to offer ideas about tiling, color, lighting etc. CON: The decorative titles were not smoothly put in place so they look puckered a bit. Our thoughts were that he had the experience so we usually went with his suggestions. Things we wanted he worked with us to give us what we wanted. He accommodated us when we made changes. Workers were here when they said they would be. They explained what they were doing and asked questions about what we wanted. They accommodated us when we wanted changes or didn't like the way something was. The workmanship was excellent. We had a problem with the wrong stove being ordered and several minor things that needed to be corrected or change. These things were done in a timely matter. "Within days of purchasing the deal, I received the instructions and paper to draw my table templates. The table has 2 drop leaves plus 2 additional leaves that can be inserted in the table. The templates were pretty easy to draw. The finished pads were delivered in a very short time. They fit the table and each of the 4 leaves perfectly and magnetically lock together to keep them aligned when on the table. A year and a half later, I still love these pads."
