The project was only delayed about a day due to the situation. The owner is delightful and designed a gorgeous, functional kitchen that met every expectation I could imagine. The installation team's very conscientious and eager to please. The lead installer is very adept at thinking outside the box. His philosophy is that there are no problems only solutions. Goal is customer satisfaction and they do not disappoint. No hard sell. No surprise extra costs. Accessible owner. Punctual. Project stays on schedule."

"This is the largest remodeling project we've ever done, so we didn't know what to expect. From the very first contact Kenny was personable and professional, and was instrumental in helping us decide our best options. We followed many of his suggestions, but when we didn't he was totally fine when we wanted to go a different direction. I'm probably not the easiest person to work for, and I'm sure Kenny had to feel some frustration at times with my demands, but he took it all in stride and always remained pleasant. "I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
