"DeLondon came out on a Thursday looked at the job to see what was needed by way of supplies, and said the heater install would be completed by "the weekend". D is a very nice, articulate, and polite man. We called Saturday and he promised we'd see him Sunday. I called Sunday around noon, and he promised he'd work in the dark to complete the job. He didn't make it out until Tuesday. During the heater install, he was missing supplies, asked if we had some of the things he needed, and left wiring exposed that should have been in a pipe. I chalk this situation up to it being the busy season for pool repairs and installations, but instead of saying yes to an immediate job, he might do better to say up front that he can't do the job for a week. Then when you actually come to do the job, do your best work without being rushed. He is such a nice guy, it is a shame this happened."
