I looked at three other manufacturers and Orbit’s product is better in terms of footprint and far less maintenance, yet it is competitively priced. The salesman, Scott, was really on top of things. Multiple community members bought systems. One has a small hiccup, which was addressed immediately. Scott stepped up to the plate and made sure everything was right. That isn’t to say the others weren’t equally professional. Truly an A+ business, and I don’t hand out grades like that often. I recommend their product to everyone. "We had a really bad storm and my basement had water all over the place, I called a few places but Basement Gurus where there the next day. When I met with Dan Kelly for the estimate he was on time, wore his mask and we did a walk-through inside the basement and outside the perimeter of my home. He asked me exactly what I would like done and how Basement Gurus could help. Dan offered me different options, was very informative and showed me what materials they use compare to others. We sat down and reviewed the cost of options and set the install date, he also mentioned that they had a finance option in case I needed it. "The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

"I have a contract with them.  It took them quite a few times, but I think they finally fixed the problem that I had with my heating unit.  Everybody was polite and caring.  It took 5 or 6 visits for them to figure out what the problem was.  I think and hope so the issue is resolved.  My overall experience was very good.  The quality was okay."
