A project manager came out to assess our situation; he came up with a proposed solution on the spot, provided us with a written proposal and sample photos of other similar work they had done. The crew arrive at 8 am and worked all day to about 5 pm. Very labor intensive, hauling out concrete, hauling in 5 gallon buckets of gravel & cement up & down the basement stairs. 32x22 French Drain perimeter and sump pump with battery backup installed in 1 day. The entire basement and outdoor area was cleaned after the work, even the driveway was washed down. About 4-5 guys showed up and Fernando was the foreman on the job. They worked very hard and were courteous. I had a debris pile that they were able to haul as well. It was not a cheap job, but there were no surprises.
