"Devon Kelly showed up at 8:00am to perform a systems maintenance check-up on February 13th. With a smile and a fine 'hello.' He then commenced to check my thermostat and the two air filters inside my home. Then outside he went on to thoroughly go over my entire Trane AC/HEAT system, which has been so good for me, and documented each individual system. He is a very cordial and sincere young man. After his complete inspection, he patiently sat down with me to go over everything by showing me the pictures of documentation of each individual inspection point which resulted in good numbers and a big "everything is running good!" Devon is a good man with lots of technical knowledge and pro skills. I and zLinda Hveem thank Devon and all the team at ProSkill at Anthem for your outstanding customer service.
