"Our customer experience with this company started with the initial call. Robert (the owner) called and explained the process for doing the estimate and the project. He wasn't a high pressure sales rep. He clearly wanted to help us make the best decision. Robert was thorough in the preparation of the estimate and contract. He explained everything and was very detailed. Robert pushed out some walls to get more room in the kitchen, breakfast nook and laundry room. Per Roberts recommendation, we removed soffits to give more height to the rooms which resulted in moving wiring and duct work. The subcontractors were all professional, respectful and worked very hard. The electrician team worked late in the evening to get the work done. We added new cabinets to the laundry room and kitchen. They turned out absolutely beautiful and high quality. The gentleman who built and installed the cabinets was meticulous and produced a quality result. Rojas Custom homes ordered, paid for and picked up the tiles at no additional markup. The installation was near flawless.
