"Just bought a new home, and found signs of mold in our finished basement.  I knew I was buying a home that still needed a few things, but wasn't expecting this much mold.  From the very beginning the company was extremely responsive. I called and left a message, and by the end of the day I received a call back and had an appointment scheduled.  I wasn't home but my wife walked Tom through.  She said he was very thorough and found all of the areas that were in question by us and more.  At this time, we have already received 3 additional mold estimates so we already had a little more knowledge than we did initially going into this.  To be honest the other 3 mold companies were also on they're game too, but Ecotech was the winner for us.  Compared to the other 3 estimates Ecotech was by far the most thorough and competitive.  They came in with their crew on a Wedsnesday morning and were finished the job by Thursday afternoon.   I have about a 700 sq/ft finished basement with old paneling and carpet, and to me it seemed as if it was a big job.  They removed all contaminated areas and disposed of it all very neatly.  Each morning and afternoon they came up to brief us as to their progress and what we can expect moving forward. They were extremely informative, and made sure they prepped us on how to be preventative in the future.  Couldn't be happier to know that we selected the right company for the job.  Do your selves a favor call Ecotech 1st.  Not that I want to ever have use a mold company again :) but if I had to I would call these guys again without any hesitation.

"What a great guy! (Jose) Great helpers also! (Eric and Dave) This was a difficult job with several challenges as some of the ceiling beams were bowed and there were two skylights in the ceiling. They also had to work around some furniture in the middle of the room. They did not complain or have an attitude and were complete gentlemen through the entire job! I have another ceiling that I want to replace and without hesitation Exclusive Drywall will get the job! Jose is a perfectionist and it is very obvious in the work he did at my house! If you want to see his work you are welcome to come and see my new cathedral ceiling anytime! May I also add the price was very reasonable!"

"Rightway Waterproofing is the company you want to come and waterproof your basement. I had initially set up a job looking for pros through Angie's List. I was contacted by Rightway Waterproofing via phone and email but did not respond as life happens. Well it rained really heavy again in August and I had more water in the basement. I reached out to them on a Friday and Albert contacted me immediately. They were able to come out on Monday to look at my property. Jake was thorough and friendly. He let me know what he thought we needed, explained everything thoroughly and gave us a quote which was completely reasonable. We accepted the bid and work was to commence on Thurs as they had an opening. Work was completed in one day. The area was kept pristine and they did an amazing job. The crew was courteous to my family. I could not recommend them more. I hope to have them out again at some point to finish my basement area as well. Try to keep in mind that during the season of covid many families are looking for ways to make more space in their homes or to have to home projects done.
