"I needed alot of work and repairs done in my house. I called and met with Harvey about what I wanted to be done in my home, and two days later, the work was being conducted on my house. The significant items were that I needed new basement steps, and Harvey and his crew rebuilt new the steps and railings. I needed my kitchen refreshed and desperately needed a new kitchen floor. I had the kitchen, dining room, lower and upper hallways, and living room painted. I had my windows corked from the inside, and the outside and some of the windows were also repaired. Harvey and his men were very professional, polite, and extremely hardworking. They showed up every day and on time and worked extremely hard. Harvey offered ideas and suggestions on my home improvements and repair. I was thrilled by the outcome of their work. I would highly recommend them. I plan to use them in the future."

"I’m Very happy with my newly renovated rooms done by Greg and his crew, Master bedroom with an en-suite and a 2nd bedroom, both with walk-in closets , The whole crew were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous throughout the whole job. I know that Reno jobs always have the unexpected and hidden problems. But Greg and Greg’s crew never overreacted. They always may me feel relaxed and that it was “No Problem”. “Construction without stress, who would of thought that possible!” I give them a 10"

"We needed floor, ceiling and walls repaired on 1st and 2nd floor of our house. We've worked with Nunez Construction in the past and knew they could be trusted. Efren was able to come out to give an estimate and begin work within days of the water restoration service giving the all clear. His team came in, provided professional service and within a few days the repairs were finished. The end results were amazing, the new flooring on the second floor looks great and our ceiling and walls look as good as new. I look forward to working with Nunez Construction on future projects and would recommend them to anyone needing general contracting work done."

"We recently had the pleasure of working with Memo and his team on a major home renovation, and we could not be happier with the results. They installed multiple outlets, hi hats and dimming switched throughout the house, completely renovated our bathroom and added a pocket door, painted, repaired and spackled the kitchen, living room, and the rest of the house, updated our staircase and replaced bedroom doors, and installed beautiful molding throughout. Memo was incredibly responsive, always getting back to us in a timely manner and offering helpful suggestions along the way. His professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of work truly stood out. Everything was done with care and precision, and the transformation of our home has been amazing. We absolutely loved working with Memo and are already looking forward to having him back to finish the rest of the house. We would definitely recommend him and his team to anyone looking for a skilled and reliable contractor."

"After seeing his work on a neighbor's home, I interviewed and hired Jakob for a major home renovation involving new kitchen, new bathroom, creating open layout by using several hidden beams, new siding and more. His price was competitive and fair. His amazing team works so hard and satisfy every request possible. Jakob is on top of the project and knows what's going on at every moment. His presence and attention to detail makes sure everything gets done correctly. He really looks out for the customer, and I'll be using his services again."

"I would absolutely recommend Robert to anyone who needs work done on their home. We got estimates from and spoke with many contractors and home improvement companies, but we were looking for someone we could work with for this and future projects as well as someone we could speak with for advice and guidance. I tend to be very picky with the people I work with. Robert was the most straightforward, reasonable, and knowledgeable person we spoke with. His prices are great as well. He makes sure to go above and beyond so the work is completed perfectly the first time with a very high level of detail. Our home is from the mid-50s and had original siding, windows, doors, some unusual characteristics, broken old air conditioners barely held into the walls, and a lot of rot. You could feel drafts in some parts of the house and the heat would run pretty much constantly in the winter. We had a lot of work that needed to be done. Robert transformed our home from the worst looking house on the block to the best looking house on the block with new vinyl shake siding, custom doors, custom windows, custom interior window trim, exterior lighting, a new garage door, foundation repair and paint, framing, insulation, drywall installation and repair, and a bunch of other repairs along the way. He fixed numerous additional issues as the work was completed, giving us results that will last while keeping our budget in mind. It looks and feels like a brand new house. Robert and his team are also friendly and understanding. You may be reading this review in the future, but the year is 2020 and this is a very different year. My wife and I are both working from home, and our son is home too. Through the project, Robert and his team made sure to work area by area and cleaned as they moved to minimize the impact to our family. This level of care is very difficult to find. After working with Robert, I can say I will definitely work with him for all my future projects. After seeing Robert and his team working on our house and the results, our neighbors have started hiring him to take care of their various needs as well."

"I had approximately 8 different quotes to redo a second floor bathroom. Homecraft Remodeling was basically right smack in the middle of all the other quotes and was honest about what it should cost etc. I went into the office with my wife, and we dealt with Norman, picked out tiles, flooring, toilet, bathtub and a few other things. My wife and I ordered the vanity, shower head, towel ring, toilet paper holder, lighting, and mirror because we didn't like what they had to offer. Norman deducted from the quote which we still broke even but at least we got what we wanted. The only issue we had was with scheduling but ill give them a pass due to Covid. Bathroom two about two weeks. Should have been a few days less but there were a couple of hiccups along the way. Overall the work was done very well. The workers were polite and explained everything as we moved along."

"Eddie was great to work with! We had a limited time frame to adhere to town inspections and Eddie and his team knew exactly what we needed and quickly got the job done. The results were great and even the inspector acknowledged the impressive repair. They were able to put a knocked out garage wall back on the foundation and repair the interior dry wall. I would recommend this company for any professional contract work due to their reasonable price, ease to work with and quality of work."

"The team at Metropolitan did an absolutely beautiful GUT renovation on our 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom co-op on the upper east side. They completed our renovation with an outstanding level of quality at a very fast pace (approximately 4.5 months for a FULL gut renovation to the beams). The customer service, responsiveness, reliability and quality of craftsmanship made what can be a generally overwhelming experience smooth and easy. Highly recommended."
