"Stupendous?in a word Stupendous! Atmos came out to check for a gas leak and sure enough there was one and they locked the meter down! I went to Angi?s list and searched on gas line plumber and J.Z. Plumbing came up as well as the other major names in the metroplex. This was on a Tuesday afternoon. Wednesday morning Luis Zamora, the master plumber with J.Z. Plumbing came out and as well as the others and Luis was able to give me a deal I could not refuse. By Wednesday afternoon they began to totally replace the gas line from the meter to the house ?all 65 feet of it 24? deep! By the end of Thursday, they were done replacing the entire gas line enough to get the city inspection done late Friday morning? before the rains came on Friday. These guys busted their axx!!! Using J.Z. Plumbing easily saved me a few thousand dollars and I will gladly refer and use them again!"

"This company responded to my emergency situation immediately! The technician, German, did an outstanding job and was very professional. We will definitely call them again, if needed. They replaced a gas valve in our fireplace and checked out our entire gas line."

"Leak chasers came in and diagnosed the problem. Fixed within a reasonable time. I will definitely do business again with them. Thank you!"

"I called a little after noon on a Friday afternoon with no working toilets and no appointment.  They got a man out in an hour and he resolved the problem and discussed my options with me without any pressure.  Because the problem resolved spontaneously during the check out he charged me nothing.  Can't complain about that.

"James, was great. When I ask the other plumbers if they worked with propane, they hung up on me or told me to call someone else. James, put in the propane gas pipe in the wall for my new cooktop. He keep me informed of the schedule , did the job well. He was courteous and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family members."

"When we originally contacted Cliff Morgan, I had to leave a voice mail.  He called me back within a couple of hours, and agreed to come take a look at the leak in addition to providing a free estimate.  He arrived on time and was very professional.  After listening to various water sources (sinks, shower, outdoor spigot, etc), he believed the leak was between the sink and the shower in one of the bathrooms.  He gave me a couple of leak scenarios and the associated repairs that would be done along with a best case estimate and a worst case estimate (noting that the cost could exceed the worst case if there was something that could not be foreseen with the repair).  He was available to do the work the next day, so we agreed.
He called the next morning to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time.  He spent time methodically testing the water lines to pin point the offending pipe.  As he originally thought, the leak was on the cold side between the sink and shower in one of the bathrooms.  The repair was effective and efficient and he explained everything that he was doing.  The pieces cut out of the walls were small and neatly done.
Best of all, the total bill was actually *less* than the best case scenario quote, which was great news.
While we hope we never see him again (we don't need any more slab leaks!), we would not hesitate to contact him again.  Additionally, we'd highly recommend him.to anyone that needs his services.  If all contractors were like Cliff, home repair/update projects would be *far* less frustrating!
