Andy Akers came over the day I came home and told me what they could do and gave me a bid later that day. Since everyone said I should get a few bids, I had another company give a proposal. Akers bid was way lower than the other company s, and I was confident they would do the best job. This is the first big home repair I ve had to handle since my husband went into a nursing home, and I am confident they did the job right, in a timely manner, and at a fair price. They replaced the entire line of my 100 year old house in about 4 hours with a great crew. This is a family business, and I would recommend Akers to anyone with outdoor plumbing needs."

Waited all afternoon on Tuesday and nothing, not even a call. Wednesday I called to report the failure and was told management would be notified. Thursday afternoon I called and was given an appointment between 1 and 7 PM the next day, Friday. On Friday an expert plumber showed up an hour early and did a marvelous job. Seemed to cost an arm and a leg, but complete and professional, along with good explanations of everything."
