"We had a major leak that caused damage throughout multiple areas of our home and AMS Restoration came out immediately. From the first phone call, Antonio and his crew were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us through the process. Their team handled everything from the emergency mitigation to working with the insurance company and documenting the job properly. They explained the drying process, set clear expectations, and always showed up when they said they would. The crew kept the area clean, communicated daily, and made a stressful situation feel manageable. What impressed us most was how organized and experienced they were compared to other companies we spoke with. You can tell AMS Restoration knows the restoration industry inside and out. Highly recommend them to anyone needing water damage, mold remediation, or emergency restoration services."

"We had a water damage issue at our home and when Nexgen Property Restoration opened up the walls it turned into a much bigger problem than expected. They found mold and other issues we had no idea were there. Their team handled everything from remediation to drying out the house and made the whole process smooth. They worked directly with our insurance company and got everything covered which was a huge relief. They even helped us out by waiving our $2,500 deductible which says a lot about how they take care of their customers. They may be a newer company but they clearly have years of experience behind them. Highly recommend Nexgen Property Restoration you won?t regret it."

"We had a situation with the time frame but we were able to get it completed. I am happy with the service."

"Working with this company was a wonderful experience. They were very responsive over the phone and over messages and they did an excellent job. Highly recommend!"

"After dealing with frequent roof repairs, we finally decided on a complete replacement for our Livermore home. Avi kept us informed every step of the way, and the finished roof exceeded our expectations. It's made a noticeable difference during hot summer days."

"The work that was done was perfect"

"The workers work very hard and are polite. Tony is a hands-on boss. He answered any and all questions that I had and always took my calls. We will be using them in the future. They took a very ugly bathroom and made it beautiful."
