"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. "It went very well. Choice Home Warranty dispatched an HVAC service provider to my house the next day. The problem turned out to be two rather expensive parts for my furnace that needed replacement. The HVAC provider had to get approval from Choice Home Warranty to purchase and replace the parts. The repairman told me that in his experience working with home warranty companies, there was a chance that either the company would deny the request or that approval would take many days. Much to his and his company's surprise (and my deep relief), Choice approved the repairs within a matter of hours, and the service provider returned the next morning to repair my furnace.
