"They did a good jog. Once they figured out the problem in the basement, the job went great. They also showed me some liquid to put down the drain for the future."

"I had blockage in the pipes and prior to snaking they conducted a free camera inspection to locate the clog. They cleared the drain for now and provided a verbal 90-day guarantee. They did a good job cleaning up after themselves. They charge a bit more than their competitors."

"Four men showed up on time, did a quality job, were very professional, answered all of my questions, and did the job right. I N/A for price because I wanted exceptional work, which I received! you cannot put a price on that! they were worth every penny! I would use them again without giving it another thought. Upon inspecting the property on February 27th, 2014 it was discovered that the previous contractor had made an attempt to repair the 4 inch main sanitary line coming from the main floor.
It was discovered that the work previously preformed was against code and illegal. It was also discovered that none of the work preformed was primed or glued. the entire existing repair that was installed by previous contractor had to be removed. All new 4 inch schedule 40 had to be re- routed and re- done accordingly.
In the opposing room, upon opening a patch in the floor it was discovered that the 4 inch main sanitary line where the raw sewage was pushing up through the flood had a metal tin patch laid over top of brake. This section of floor obviously had to be opened up 3 times wider and repaired with the proper schedule 40 sanitary line."

"
- It took four visits, each one several days apart, to have the problem repaired. The condensate pump on the A/C unit was bad, and that was replaced free of charge. But the problem turned out to be a clog in the line which was causing the condensate pump to be overworked. The drainage line had to be replaced, and this was also covered. However, the warranty company did not cover the access for the line, which required the repair company to drill two small squares into my newly painted sheetrock at a cost of $240 to me.
