Also checked all of the gutters for cleaning and proper drain flow. Provided 1 year guarantee against leanings. They were a little more in price but I'm satisfied with the work completed."

Nicole C. came out and did a walk around the house and noticed spots where the gutters were leaking under the eves. She wanted to look in the attic to see if water was getting in there as well. What she did discover is the plywood was wet. She did more investigating of the roof tile and discovered it needed replacement. The leak in the attic could be very problematic.
