The person took the time to educate me about what had to be done to replace the hot water tank and why it needed to be put in a certain way. Person also took the time to teach me how to maintain the hot water tank. "Diego first diagnosed our entire plumbing system as I asked. He was very detailed and thorough and carefully detailed everything, the good and bad. He gave me a bid and even suggested that I might get other bids. I developed a lot of confidence from the professional and clear manner he presented the needs we had for our plumbing update. My wife and I decided it was the better plan to just take care of all of it now ahead of future issues that we could face as the 50 year old plumbing system aged further. By the way, there was a crack in one part of the drain pipe and the water pipes were showing early signs of leaking at joints.
