"From my first contact with Continental Plumbing I received professional and courteous care. They were the third or fourth company I had called, but by far the best in their systems and process. They responded to me quickly, followed up timely, gave me a fair and comparable estimate and performed the job as needed. Their invoice was very detailed and they guaranteed their work in writing, also sending me the plumber's license upon request. At every step of the way I was informed on the process. I had a gas leak and PSEG shut off the gas into the house so that I could fix it. I got bids from two companies (the price from both was almost identical), one of which was Continental, and both told me that the pipes were so old I should just replace the entire gas line rather than seek the leak foot by foot. Continental is also one of the cleanest contracting company I've worked with in the 15 years I have had my home. They protected my belongings before starting and cleaned up well. I documented with before and after photos as they progressed and they didn't mind at all. Also, it must be said, I had this work done while we're still under many COVID-19 regulations. They worked all day in their masks and that didn't hinder them at all from doing a job well done. They went above and beyond. They will be my go-to plumber for anything in my house going forward. PSEG just left and did their reinspection and all is good and their work passed inspection. My gas has been turned back on. I truly appreciate the work they put in and I'm glad I found them. "I would highly recommend Harvey and his crew. They are professional, courteous, and punctual. I originally called for the leaks in my bathroom. This revealed the problems with the upstairs bathroom. Harvey gave me options. I chose to have the plumbing replaced and his crew did it magnificently. He installed a new sink, new plumbing for upstairs shower/faucet/drain, tiling, drywall. In my master bathroom, new plumbing, drywall, bathroom exhaust fan and painting. Additionally, I knew I had roof issues but Harvey showed me the extent to which the roof was in disrepair. I did not know I had shingles missing and that there was so much shoddy patchwork done by the previous owner. As a first time homeowner who will live in my house for at least 20 more years, I chose to redo my entire roof (it was last done in 1994). My roof looks amazing now with no exposed wood or damage. The roofing was done in one day. Amazing. They also cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Harvey and his team. I will definitely use them again if I have any more house repairs."

"They came out on a weekend and we're our saving grace during one of the most frustrating experiences we've had in this house. We couldn't use any plumbing without flooding the basement with sewage, it was early stay at home days, and we felt like we would go mad. They showed up and gave us an price for replacing the broken pipe, and set in to work. They worked for the entire weekend essentially, staying extremely late at night and showing up early the next morning, and at one point driving far out at night to get supplies since their usual local place was closed (again, quarantine time) . The reason it took so long was because after opening up the floor to get to the end of the pipe to replace it they found more damaged pipes, and replaced those as well. By the end of it they had spent the entire weekend on a job they expected to only last an afternoon, had charged us not nearly enough for the amount of work they did, and fixed a leaking bidet we had for free for good measure. They also advised us to do camera scan to look for any other problems, which they couldn't do until the water drained out, and even did an initial mop of the basement (which, remember, sewage flooding). I'm honestly half convinced these people are magic helpful brownies or something, it's unreal how helpful they were! Somehow our drier which has not succeeded in drying clothes for over a year has started working in a single cycle since they left, despite the fact they didn't even do anything with it, and in fact specifically said they don't do driers and offered to recommend someone else when we mentioned it. Suffice to say, I cannot recommend them highly enough"
