"It went extremely well! They were punctual, hardworking and professional. It was necessary to dig up my neighbor's landscaping, so they were very careful to disturb only what was necessary and to restore everything to its original condition. They even replaced her broken underground downspout extension (which was draining into my basement!) without comment or additional charge. When my neighbor accused them of causing a problem, MJ was quick to respond and the team on-site made a point of apologizing to her in person. I don't think MJ caused the problem, so I was very impressed that they "went high" to investigate the matter and, as I said, apologize for the inconvenience she felt she suffered. The work they did inside to remove mold and seal the wall was thorough and neat. The gentleman doing the work cleaned up everything and took all of his equipment and trash with him. his is especially important since he was working with strong chemicals. Cons: We put our deposit in and signed a contract a few months before the job, and it wasn't until a week or two before the job we found out the material was discontinued (after we already selected paint color and floor design from separate contractor) We were forced into their schedule, after noting certain restrictions we had with working midnight shift. (for items like inspections and lingering things after the "scheduled" work was complete)."

We had a huge flood from the ac unit in our attic and we thought it was due to the gutters being clogged, not allowing the water the properly drain.  When I called he informed me he was located approx. 2 hrs from my home so I immediately thought there was no way he would come out on a Sunday to clean gutters.  However, he called back and offered to send someone if we couldn't find another company.  We agreed to a time and Jamie showed up at 2:00 and immediately went to work.  He also went in the attic to check the issue.  Although, the gutters were not the issue the service and response time was fantastic.  I would highly recommend using them."
