"It went well. We will use his services again, if necessary."

"Great job mounting my lights. Helped remove an old solid wood 70’s box light. Had some issues getting the living ceiling fan installed. My previous fan had one switch for the fan and one for the light. I guess the wiring is old and incompatible with this new fancy fan. So now one light switch turns the fan and light on and the other switch that controled the old fan does nothing. Thankfully the fan can with a remote control so I use that to turn the fan on and off and it works just fine as a work around. I am very happy with the service provided and will use them again."

"Bought coupon on 3/8/14.  Received message Monday 3/10 scheduled for Friday 3/14 between nine and twelve.  Richard arrived just after 11:15 and went right to work on the unit.  129.00 coupon is for yearly servicing for both the A/C and the furnace, well worth the price.  I will recommend to my neighbors.

Update 11/16/14.  Still haven't heard from Trusted about furnace service.  When I bought the coupon back in March and asked Richard about setting up an appointment for November he stated that they would call me in the fall to set up furnace service, well its supposed to get cold tonight [36º] and a week before T-Day.  If I have to call them to remind them about their obligation to finish their service contract thenI need to downgrade my rating."

"GREAT -- we never use any other carpet cleaning service any more -- they are the BEST!"

"3 Workers showed up on time as scheduled, unloaded equipment removed old unit and replaced with new. Worked quietly, No phone calls completed in 4 hours, cleaned up and tested unit. Demonstrated how to use new thermostat."

"Needed three sliding glass doors worked on, they were very difficult to open. The doors were removed, the tracks and doors were cleaned and lubricated. They are now working correctly. Chris and Millisa were very responsive, worked rapidly, and completed the job without any problems or delays."

"By the time the service rep was contacted and he called us, we had purchased the part and repaired the air conditioner unit ourselves. We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service. They were very professional and did a thorough job. They explained what they were doing from beginning to end. We were shown pictures of before and after as they did the work. We will use them again if it becomes necessary."

"They tried to repair the old unit. When that didn't work they applied the money I paid towards a new one. They were very apologetic about repair not working. They were here when said they would. Answered all my questions and guaranteed their work."
