I've never run faster to the computer to complete a review like I did this morning. A few weeks ago, I noticed my main garage door seemed to be a little sluggish when it was opened or closed. Several friends and neighbors suggested calling Master Garage Door because they all had excellent experiences with their team. When I called the office, the receptionist was very nice and able to find an appointment despite my chaotic schedule. This morning, I received a call to let me know the team would be able to arrive a little earlier than my appointment. Joshua was amazing! He noticed the problem right away and explained how it could've possibly happened, as well as ways to prevent it from reoccurring. I mentioned that my second garage door was not responding to a remote and in a matter of seconds, he was able to provide me with a new remote. Joshua also quickly programmed the buttons in my car to open that door. I am overwhelmed with the professionalism and respect that Joshua showed during my appointment. At our previous home, we had a terrible experience with another garage door company that used multiple scare tactics to oversell me on repairs. Master Garage Door is unlike any other company I've hired and will be the ONLY one I call and refer family/friends/strangers to when their garage needs some attention. As with any job, things come up, (Appliance delivery for one) but Juan worked with me to make sure everything was right and to my liking. I have referred Building Destiny to friends on multiple occasions because I know for a fact he does a great job! From a galley kitchen demo - removing a wall and pantry, to all brand new cabinet, sink and appliance installs. Brand new electrical work, building a custom pantry and island, installing new fans and fixtures, hanging barn doors, painting and drywall I have never been disappointed! "I left a voice mail after hours on Saturday and they returned my call first thing Monday morning. They were able to come to the house on Tuesday. They called Tuesday morning to keep me up-to-date and they actually arrived ahead of schedule. They replaced two broken hinges and inspected the rest of the garage door to make sure it was safe. Even though I still have the original garage door on a 29-year old house, they didn't try to sell me a brand new door as the solution to a broken hinge. No tricks, no gimmicks. I will definitely call them again and would recommend them to a friend."

"So roughly 4.5 years ago, Banko replaced broken springs on my door. This week, one of them broke. I checked the opener for the # of cycles which came back at under 5K. Banko says springs should last "generally" 10K Cycles. Of course they are out of warranty, so I'm on my own. What I do know is that i WONT use BANKO again, why would I? I call a 2nd company to come out and replace them (Only one was broken, but i know they should be replaced in pairs). First thing the technician says was these springs aren't right. One is a 242 and they other is a 250. They should both be 250's. In short, the 242 is a lighter spring and the 250 is more heavy duty, So, did Banko purposefully install mismatched springs so they would fail prematurely to drum up repeat business? Did they do it by accident? I don't know, but I have called the company and supposed to have a "manager" call me back. What are the odds they actually call me? I am gonna be on them like white on rice."

He replaced a weather head cap and conductors 0n service entry, made corrections on breaker panel, replaced a door bell, installed a carbon monoxide detector and smoke alarms and replaced a several outlets around house. He explained what he was doing in a way I understood. I would not hesitate to call him again should I need any kind of electrical work done."
