"The quality of their work is very good; however, they are much too expensive, since they hire contractors. Also, they don't accept personal checks, debit/credit cards. Considering how expensive they are, they have some nerve not to be more cooperative insofar as how their customers may pay for their services. I read one of the reviews in which the representative stated that they had been in business for ten years; however, they have not been in business for ten years in Mobile, but the Mississippi Gulf Coast instead."

"I strongly advise against using this company due to their lack of responsiveness and professionalism. I purchased an adjustable base with an extended warranty and filed a claim on January 29. After numerous calls to Fast Furniture (dba/aka SCHATZMAN CLAIM SERVICE), a technician was finally sent on February 21. They claimed they have no control over subcontractor scheduling, despite being responsible for the service provided. I received the required repair part on March 18 and still have not been contacted to schedule the repair. The technician has read my texts but has not responded or returned my calls. I purchased this bed due to a medical condition and have now gone over two months without proper sleep. My health is suffering, and the company refuses to take accountability or ownership of my claim."
