"Our 40-year old home has developed several interior and exterior cracks over the years. I hired Design Depictions to understand their causes and make sure we do not have a structural (e.g. foundation) problem before addressing the cosmetic issues. Michael spent far more time than I expected discussing, reviewing, and analyzing these issues. One of the cracks formed in my daughter’s room shortly after we renovated the house in 2008. The architect and builder were not able to diagnose the issue on this non-weight-bearing wall, but Michael came up with an explanation very quickly based on the location of the wall relative to the joists. "John was hired as our general contractor. Was in charge of demoing our old house. Running all new utilities from the street to house. Foundation perp. and all the drainage/pumps, concrete floor. Helped set the house and everything that was involved in that. (Lots of work). They did the heating a/c, water heater, all electric hookups, porches, bilco basement doors, tiled bathrooms, graded and seeded the yard, driveway. We spent several months working with John and his people. Nothing but great things to say. They can take care of anything and everything needed."
