"Overall the multiple projects went well. More costly than expected but we did receive some discounts which helped. The only one item I would mention is that we bought an incorrect faucet/drain combination. The tech replaced the drain components but since the faucet we had was designed to have a pull lever for the drain, and the one he used was a push down stopper, the hole where the pull up leveler would have gone stayed opened. It does not look good so we now need to live with it."

"We set an appointment with Adam from A1 sewer to have a sewer camera inspection for a home we were considering purchasing. Before the scheduled time Adam contacted us to ask if we were paying for the inspection or if the seller was. Against his own interests he told us that in the area we were considering purchasing the seller is required to provide a sewer inspection, a fact our realtor failed to inform us of. This may have cost him our business on this home but went a long way in gaining our trust.
