"Excellent Service. I had a hot water heater go out on a Friday. Warranty Company hired another company first but that company no longer contracted with my warranty folks. So they called Ken on a Saturday. Of course at that point I didn't think anyone would be out before Monday. I was surprised when Ken's company called and said someone would be out Sunday. Long story short, I needed new water heater and with many girls in the house I didn't want it down that long. Ken came out with his team and got the job done pronto once warranty approved and got water heater. Very prompt and professional. I will definitely use their services again."

"I believe they did a GOOD job at a FAIR price, which I appreciate. I specifically asked to make sure that the technician would be wearing a mask (during a pandemic that has killed over half a million Americans). They said that he would (he wore a gaiter, which is fine). But during part of the time, he had his gaiter off, and no other mask, standing maybe 7 and a half feet away from me, talking to me while I was, at his request, looking at my computer screen to see if I'd gotten the invoice that had been sent by his office. Man, I sure hope he wasn't an asymptomatic carrier, because if he was, I might be toast (I can't NOT LIVE in my house for three days). Is it really THAT hard to keep a mask on for 25 minutes, when someone's life could depend on it? Frankly, I'd rather pay a little more and be GUARANTEED that he'll keep it on! I **DON'T KNOW** whether I'd use them again or not. I'd be inclined not to, unless no other company with a decent rating is available. But Angie's list **FORCES YOU* to say whether or not you would use them again, and at least in this case it's not as simple as "Yes" or "No." *Maybe* I will, but I'd be inclined to try elsewhere, at least as long as this pandemic is raging."
