"AGS was fantastic to work with, from Todd, the salesperson who came to my house, all the way to Luke who delivered a sink grid to replace the incorrect one I originally received. I had contacts with so many of the employees of AGS (Baris, Oscar, Baran, Tiffany, and more whose names I don’t remember) and each one was thoughtful, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Their customer service is top-notch. I had a few minor glitches that were attended to immediately (e.g., the sink grid). I went to the showroom so I could actually pick out my granite stone. It was not a close ride but definitely worth it. The office staff and even the employees in the back with the stones could not have been more helpful. The "showroom" is really nice with lots of granite and quartz to choose from. I LOVE my new countertops, sinks, and faucet. I will definitely be recommending AGS to any of my friends who are in the market for new countertops."

"The information provided on the first phone call was detailed on the process of re-glazing and the prices. Work started promptly and was finished in about 3 1/2 hours. The bathtub looks new again. The man who did the work was very professional. I did have to call them due to some sharp points on the non-slip surface, however, they came back out in a couple of days to buff out the points and re-apply a coat to the bottom of the tub. Now it's perfect! THANKS!"

They listened to my concerns, and followed through to ensure the job was done correctly. I was frankly surprised. "We had Laminate placed over top of our existing hardwood in our kitchen. Our floor was uneven so they had to level our floor before anything could be done. All the other companies said that they couldn't do it. They did some little extra things to help us out as well. The carpet guys did one floor one day and the other floor the next. They moved all our furniture very carefully. They did a wonderful job! The Vinyl guy was in and out in 4 hours. I have yet to find a flaw. Soon after having our floors put in, we got central air, so the flooring guys offered to come back and cut the carpet so that we did not ruin there flawless job. Scott, the salesman, was very helpful when selling us the products. We have 2 children and a dog so durability was a must as well as the cost. He offered a lot of different suggestions and was very dependable on what he said. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would use them over and over again....."
