"Would recommend to anybody looking for a professional, punctual and affordable electrician service. We purchased a foreclosure and with that came the inevitable unforeseen and unknown/ hidden problems ... We needed a reliable and professional electrician to sort out all our problems together with our budget and timeframe.  From the get go at the initial quotation stage Ken was very helpful and forthcoming with his time and expertise. We have been working with Ken and Jimmy and the house is looking amazing and everything works wonderfully ?..As every home owner knows, the projects never stop (!) and as we are continually adding things to the house we will continue to use KWD.

"He came and replaced a part that did not fix it. Took part with him. He came back and charged me another almost $300 for a new sump pump which I should have gotten the first time he came. I feel I paid twice. Too much money."

"Frank and his team at Liner Specialists did a great job on my pool renovation. We had a very unique and challenging job that few other pool contractors were willing to tackle. Our pool wall was collapsing due to a big sink hole (stumps/branches) buried below the wall. The project required 1) coordination with another contractor I hired (an excavator), which Frank handled with total professionalism 2) filling the massive void that was created with 3/4 inch stone (100 tons of material) 3) sculpting the deep end of the pool with over 55 bags of fast-set cement 4) rebuilding a 36 foot steel wall and 5) installing the new liner, new piping, etc. It was a BIG job and we could not be happier with the result. It took about 3 weeks elapsed time start to finish and the level of communication during the project was timely and top-notch. I highly recommend Frank. If his team could handle my job, I'm certain they can handle anything thrown at them."

"Eric from Open and Flowing came and fixed the issues I was having with my toilet bowls. He came at the beginning of the time window that you gave and he was very friendly. He did a wonderful job and was very neat! I could tell he was experienced and I had total confidence he would do a great job. Of all the service men that Choice Home Warranty has sent to out home, he was by far the best. I am extremely pleased!!!"
