"I had major electrical issues that needed immediate attention. I called Frank and told him what was going on and he was out immediately during Christmas! He was willing to have the work done within a day or two for safety. Both him and his crew were polite and friendly. Frank was also willing to help with the power company issues literally standing by my side to make sure they were out immediately. His price was so good I didn't bother getting other estimates. "Everything went beautifully. Luis came to the house soon after I called, and went over everything with me. He submitted a very good estimate right away. After we agreed, he returned within a few days with colors, and we spent about an hour selecting colors and textures for all the rooms. His suggestions were excellent, and he easily grasped the concepts I was trying to acheive for all the rooms. Within a few days the job was started, and was completed very quickly - within three days. There was minimal disruption to my daily activities at home, and I was able to sleep in my bedroom every night because the workers were so good about how they left things at the end of each day. When the job was completed, Luis went over each wall with me to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction, and the few touchups that needed to be done were taken care of the next day. Luis and his staff were extremely professional, prompt, and responsible. He communicated often and clearly with me about the project, and I feel that the price was excellent for the work that was done. "I can only say great things about JA Drywall. We had quite a complicated chimney repair. From the beginning of the process, this company stood out from all the others. Most companies did not return my calls. One did respond but never showed up to start work. The JA Drywall owner came to our initial appointment on time, evaluated the job and gave us a reasonable and fair estimate. The work crew then came on time and worked really hard for two days to repair the chimney. At each stage they kept us informed of progress. They did a wonderful job, kept the site clean and tidied up once job completed. On top of their excellent work, they are a team of friendly and courteous workers, who also took care of a few other things that needed attention.
