Originally we thought we could save the old wire lath and stucco- when the tile installer arrive he checked the wire lath and said it really needed to be removed- they removed and disposed of it with no additional expense to me. All of the workmanship was done as if this were a multi million dollar home. We were so impressed that we had them remodel (down to the studs) the other bathroom and kitchen. All 3 jobs were done beautifully. As a former residential real estate appraiser I know about construction and quality. All of the cabinets are solid wood (no particle board and Formica/melamine) featuring soft close hinges. This is a family owned business where they know how to do things right.
