"I called Chris at Glenn Tatum Plumbing Service to give me an estimate on the cost of installing a hot water heater that we had purchased. He quoted me an amount for installation and that was the amount I paid. He estimated that it would be 2 hours to install and it only took 1 1/2 hours. When Chris took the new hot water heater out of the box he noticed that it was dented, he suggested contacting the store we purchased it from to get a refund or a discount. I did call the store and they were able to give me a discount. "After having Florida Leak Locators come out and patch our pool over the last few years, we decided to go ahead and take care of the overall problem. This happened to be mostly our skimmer and some areas of grout. They were kind enough to take the amount that we had spent on patches with them and put it towards the overall bill for repair. They were able to get me scheduled within 2 weeks, which considering the items they had to do would take a whole day, that's pretty good scheduling. They sent out Angel who was there promptly on time early in the morning. The work was done in timely fashion and as a added bonus, he found some of the work didn't need to be done and instead of still charging the same, they reduced the bill some amount to compensate. That's the sign of a good company. I recommended them before for any leak detection and now I can recommend them for pool leak repairs. I would use them again, but hope i don't have to :)"

"As you can see, there was a variety of things that needed done. Mike and Rita (the Honey Bears) completed all the items on my list in an efficient and professional manner. They first came to my house to see what needed to be done and, since, my fence gates would not close or open properly, they fixed them that day. They gave me an estimate for the work I needed done and the final bill was the same. They even went to Aqua-Draulics in Rockledge to get the replacement faucet. They arrived promptly and worked diligently the entire time they were here. Before they left, they asked me if there was anything else that I needed done and said that if there were any problems to contact them and they would resolve the problems. "Mr. Marotta arrived at the time scheduled.  He replaced all the items, however was unable to replace the tub drain because of its age.  There was a possibility of permanent tub damage and I agreed to not have him do the work.  He then replace an outdoor water faucet.  I felt all the work was professionally done and reasonably priced.
