"I called for an emergency roof repair and spoke to Melissa. She scheduled me for the same day, during the rain. I also asked if she could look in my attic for any damage and mold from my repair last year. Dale came out, within the hour, and fixed the oddly loosened shingles. He also took the time to look around my entire attic, not just the area where the leak had been. Thankfully, i had no leaks, stains or mold. He was professional, polite and punctual. He did mention my roof was old and would need replacing soon, and asked if I would like a free estimate. He took measurements and inspected the foundation, and then he presented a quote for the work to be performed. The work crew arrived on time, and they were quick and efficient. The crew took great care to keep dust and dirt to a minimum. They removed all debris from the work site and left the basement very clean.
