He and his team expertly dismantled the failing wall (without further damage anything), kept us informed on the status of the materials, and kept us informed in advance of when weather would affect the timeline for the project. They were able to build a brand new wall in the estimated timeline given upfront. Although no homeowner enjoys an emergency project like this, we all learned to appreciate Mr. Anderson and all of the team members he brought to work on our project. We felt we could trust all of the team with our house keys, and we knew if we left them to work all day, we would come home to see significant progress being made. They all took pride in doing quality work, and they also made us feel like part of their family. In the end, we ended up with a beautiful new brick wall that matches the other existing units as well as one could hope (considering the older walls are sixty-plus years old)--actually, our new wall looks so much better than the old walls on the neighboring units. I know that if I need brick work in the future, I have the name of someone I can call who will give me the straight story about what work needs to be done, but who will not try to sell me something I do not need. "Rene and his sub-contractor David did an outstanding job laying our 9x13 paver patio. Rene gave me the company name who supplies his pavers and we were able to visit their outdoor showroom and choose our pavers. Rene gave tips about the installation and shape of the patio that we hadn’t considered before. David and the crew did an excellent installation job, taking care not to damage our grass or shrubs. They even went above and beyond by using some of their concrete from the base to patch some holes in our curb and gutter which saved my husband a lot of hot work. They did not charge for that small amount of work. Rene suggested waiting for a month or so before sealing the pavers which we did. We have already requested and received a quote from Rene for sealing the pavers before winter arrives. Although our patio was small they treated it as though it was as important as a larger job. We could not be happier with the job they did and would highly recommend them to others needing this type of work."

"This is the third time we have utilized Bill Christie (and now, his son Justin's) services for improvements to our home. In each of these activities (spanning over twenty-five years) we have found the Christies and their employees to be outstanding. Unlike other companies, they base their successful business model on the following: 1. Ben was our initial contact and he called me within a few hours. He was very upfront about everything, costs, repairs to be done, and gave us an exact estimate!
