"Very prefessional and thorough. Left my place clean after the install, and even loaned me some goo-be-gone from their toolbox for a project that I was working on while they were installing my furnace. They reviewed what they did at the end, and gave me a card so that I could call with any issues. Would highly recommend Sears and their contractors."

"Perfect. New refrigerator ordered and delivered and installed within 4 days"

"went very well.  We had previously paid another local heating and air conditioning company to do a fall inspection.  At that timie this "other" company told me that there were problems with the heat exchanger and that the unit was in immediate need of replacement.  In fact the service technician went so far as to shut off our furnace.   I called Professional for a 2nd opinion and the technician informed us that yes, our furnace was old, but that this furnace had so many safety measures that the unit would just shut itself off rather than cause a fire or a carbon monoxide leak.  He assured us that this furnace was fine to operate.

"Daniel, the owner, is very friendly and willing to do what it takes to get the job done. My basement is less than pleasant, but Daniel and his crew took it in stride and installed my new furnace quickly and efficiently. I plan on adding air conditioning later, and will use Doctor's for that, as well."

"we have not had the installation completed yet, so I will update review after. However, their sales and communications have been great thus far."
