"The crew arrived on time and started work immediately on my CRAWL space. The space was extremely difficult to work because of the limited height and access point. My old vapor barrier and some temporary wooden flooring was removed, The space was leveled, a new vapor barrier installed and a concrete flooring pumped in and leveled. The crew worked in an extremely restricted and confined area and executed the job perfectly. Upon completion, the professional crew cleaned the job site."

"One screw type pier installed. 2 workers hand dug hole below bottom of foundation. Cleaned out under foundation for platform. Although foundation was deeper than I thought, the hole was done much better and quicker than I envisioned. Pier was screwed at bottom of hole with a hydraulic motor. Once limit on hydraulic pressure was reached, the pier was cut at proper level, platform installed, and cracked section of foundation was raised with a hydraulic jack. Crack in stonework closed up nicely without going too far and creating additional cracks. Workers had 5 and 15 years experience doing this work. Very professional and did a very nice job every step of the way. Note that I (homeowner) chose to move and reinstall landscaping stones and gutter drain. Also, tuckpointing/repairing the cracks was not included in the quote. I plan to do that myself at a later date."

"Everything went as planned. They were efficient and knew what they were doing. We had a moisture barrier put down on the gravel and then the concrete poured. They also sealed a couple cracks in the foundation around the crawl. We are so glad we found Concrete Crawlspaces because the blend of concrete is designed for crawl spaces; it dries more quickly and doesn't add a lot of moisture to the basement and house as it dries. It looks great and will now be much easier for our dehumidifier to keep up with the moisture."
