"The technician was polite and professional. He talked me through what he was going to do and finished the work in the appropriate amount of time for all he did. He wore shoe covers while he was inside. When he was done, I asked if I could see the dirt that had been in the ducts. It was so much! I used a coupon for $100 off with free dryer vent cleaning."

"Wow! Amazing! After a sewer blockage early on Friday morning was cleared by another company (a highly rated Angie’s List company) I was given a quote by that company to repair an offset sewer pipe just outside of the house. The quote was over $5500. Since the job was not expected and I was unfamiliar with with the situation, I wanted to get a second estimate. The original company salesman was trying to put a lot of pressure on me to have the job done by them. Fortunately, I called R&P for a second quote. The owner called me back a couple of hours later and we discussed the situation by phone. He was extremely friendly and communicative. I sent him some pictures and he quoted a maximum of $3300 depending on whether they had to cut thru the foundation or not. The job was scheduled for today and R&P sent a crew of 2. They couldn’t have been nicer and were very professional. The job took about 6 hours and I was able to take pictures of the progress and finished job. In the end, the total cost was $2850, almost half the estimate from the original company. I will definitely call R&P for any sewer and drainage work in the future. My only regret was that I didn’t call them first."

"Did a great job!!! This is the second time I had service done from them. Pricing extremely reasonable for the work done. He even fixed what the plumber did incorrectly that was there before him that I didn't notice. He is honest and dependable, I wish more people were like him!"

"I was having draining issues, and the toilet was leaking very badly. I bought a repair kit but couldn't shut-off the water because the shut-off valve in the bathroom and the main one downstairs wouldn't turn - frozen. The kit I bought wouldn't have worked completely b/c the house is old and the seal in the kit wouldn't fit. The plumber had to go back to their warehouse to get the part needed. They were quick and knew what they were doing. I am very happy with the results and their work. <br />"

"The sewer was rooted from the outside clean out. The tech was able to remove a large clump of roots but was unable to get the big cuitter all the way to the end. He was able to punch a hole through with a smaller cutting tool. He could not give the standard warrenty on his work since the big cutter could not make it through. He recommended, in the Spring, to have the sewer line looked at with a camera and determine what is blocking the big cutter from reachinmg the end of the sewer line."

"We explained that we had already checked all of the plumbing directly under the sink and he agreed that the clog was further down the wall. Brought in his snake and went down 15ft to reach what ever was creating a clog. It was over in 20 min. <br /> He cleaned up the extra water and the floor area where he was working and was very professional about everything. <br />"

"<p>Called because when flushing toilets, water in other toilets would bubble up like it was going to overflow. They sent someone out the same day, Friday, to take a look at it. They determined that our sewer line was blocked outside of house. They gave us a price to rod sewer but said it would have to be done from inside the lower level of the house because there was no clean-out outside. They quoted me a price to install an outside clean-out based on location of sewer running along the edge of my driveway. They would have to break up part of the driveway to install. We decided to approve that work because we have two large trees along the sewer line and we know this is not the last time we will have to have sewer rodded. Their representative told me he would get back to me with a scheduled date. They called back same day to say that they could not do it until a week from Monday because their excavating equipment was scheduled out until then. They warned me to use water sparingly until then and not to use water in lower level at all because if the ejector pump came on, it could cause major problems. The locator services came out on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to mark the underground phone, cable, gas and water services on our property. Thursday morning, Ross called to say they had a cancellation and they could come out that day. I eagerly accepted and he and Rick arrived by 9:30 AM and were finished by 12:30 PM. They did a great job, They barely broke up any of the driveway. When they got down to the level of where the sewer would be, Ross hand dug under the driveway to minimize the damage. I can't say enough about how much I appreciated that. We have rock hard clay soil here and that was a lot of work. I'm very impressed that they didn't take the easy way out but did a quality job. Sewers are now running smoothly.</p> <p>An added note: This is not the first time we have used Tiger Plumbing. We bought this house in 2008 and it was a foreclosure. House had been empty for over a year and water was not turned off before pipes froze and broke. Tiger plumbing came in and found and repaired 48 plumbing leaks. They did a quality job at that time also. 6 years later we have had no problems with the repaired plumbing.</p> <br />"

"This company is wonderful! As an older single woman it was such a delight to have a business operate with such integrity! The young man, Drew was very professional and polite. Based on my description of the problem he initially quoted me a price of $305.00. . However after he and another young man continued to look they discovered that there was a different reason the water was coming into the basement which would cost only $145.00 to fix! This was such a pleasant surprise because in the past I have been overcharged for everything. The guys quickly fixed the problem and answered every question I posed. This is a company you can trust. I immediately told my sister about Mann Made Plumbing and she wants their contact information. I plan to tell everyone I know who owns a home that if they have a plumbing need these are the guys to go to, What a great day!"

"Andy's handled the first toilet issue easily, had issues with 2nd toilet. Fully explained the issues and attempted a fix to avoid purchase of new unit. ( unit installed less than 18 months ago, major brand, different plumber ) The fix did not work, Andy's fully explained why. He recommended a good replacement and will be back to install within a week, fitting my schedule. Andy's 100 % alleviated the clog, showed where some caulking on basins would eliminate slight leak and fixed. <br />"
