"Everything went great. He called because he was available early and wanted to know if it would be ok to come earlier then planned. When he arrived, he introduced himself and verified the scope of work requested. He went straight to work. When complete he explained everything he did, showed pictures of things that would need work, and answered all of my questions. It was only $150 for the inspection and cleaning and I received my receipt with the pictures he had taken within minutes. He was quick, clean and very professional. "After interviewing 5 different roofing companies, I chose Moss Roofing. I liked the fact that Benny, the Project Manager, was going to be present the day the job was done. Benny was great at answering my many questions & offered to bring out roofing samples, e-mail a pic of my roof with sample shingles superimposed on it, & nail some samples to my roof when I was having difficulty choosing a new color of shingle. In addition to the roof being replaced, I also was having my chimney replaced with a chimney cap by a heating/cooling company. Moss had to remove my old chimney & coordinate the roof installation with the chimney cap installation. Everything was done the same day with no issues. There was a small problem with the gutter installation, but Moss took care of it immediately & to my satisfaction. Beverly, the owner, was very professional & followed-up on everything. I was very happy with the work they did!"

"We were going through a complete home renovation and needed to replace the shingles.  We had USA roofing come out for a quote and were instantly impressed.  The sales man was professional and provided an all inclusive quote detailing all work to be complete & all warranty information so there was little to no confusion the services to be provided.  USA roofing was very punctual and brought a full team to complete the work in one day.  Being that we were doing a whole house reno, after the roof was installed, we needed to update the exterior paint and thus remove the new gutters.  USA roofing had no problem working with us on this and took down the gutters & replaced them when the work was complete.  A few months later, I received a call from our service provider saying he just passed our home and noticed a slight dent in one of the gutters.  He sent someone out a day later and fixed the issue.  I never even noticed this dent (and I am very observant) and was blown away from this amazing service!  I would recommend this company to anyone. <br />"

"ALL REPUTABLE ROOFING COMPANIES SEEM OVERLOADED RIGHT NOW. HE FINALLY CAME OUT - OTHER COMPANIES WOULDN'T EVEN MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. HE GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE. I SAID, 'FINE, PUT US ON THE SCHEDULE. DON'T BOTHER WITH A QUOTE. JUST DO IT ASAP.' IT TOOK THEM A WHILE TO COME OUT, BUT THE WORK THAT THEY DID WAS VERY NICE. THEY WERE THE ONLY ROOFERS WHO WOULD ACTUALLY COME OUT AND I APPRECIATED THAT."
