"The home inspection went very well. Pam was incredibly thorough and even got on top of the roof to check out the chimney. I called SM prior to purchase of the deal, and he tried convincing me to pay in cash, honoring the 260$ purchase price, instead of purchasing the "big deal" and said their "credit card machine" was down. Seeing as how we were purchasing a home and wanted to hold on to as much cash as we could, that was the only disconcerting feeling about the transaction. "They answered the call right away and came either the same day or the next to set the trap.  The trap was place on an angled roof with an open can of cat food as bait.  I was a little unhappy when the cat food began oozing an oily trail down the roof, but figured it would eventually wear off with the weather.  It took several days to capture a raccoon but we did get one.  I always kind of wondered if it was the one that had actually been in our chimney, but realize there isn't any way the company could guarantee that.  When I called to say an animal was trapped, they were working on the south side and didn't want to come get the trap that day.  I had to kind of lean on them as it was a hot day and I didn't want the animal to stay there.  They did come and remove the trap that same day.
