"I felt they did a fairly good job, just missed some details and seemed to rush through the cleaning. Two people came to clean and they did not stay for 3 hours... they were probably here for 2 hours total, so I feel like more time could have been spent to avoid missing some of the details. Examples of what was missed: - lamps were not dusted - wine bottles and wine shelves in a piece of furniture were missed (i did ask her to do them and she did) - a tile shelf in the bathroom was not cleaned and still had grime on it - missed dusting nightstands and dusting under the bed. They are VERY responsive! I sincerely appreciated the ability to communicate through email and she emailed back right away."

"Two nice men showed up on time at 10:30 am. While most of the family room furniture were already in the living room, the 2 men carried 3 heavy items to the living room from the family room. Then they removed and disposed both the old carpet and pad from the family room. One man did most of the installing in the family room while the other man did the stretching the old carpet in an upstairs bedroom as agreed at the time of my purchase which was an extra $50.00. Cleaning up and vacuuming in the 19x12 family room were included so the entire installation job took only 1 1/2 hours. While I am still OK with the new carpeting, I did not expect to see the footprints, shadows, and vacuum marks as my old carpeting doesn't show those marks. However, the new carpeting does feel soft, nice and comfortable, and my husband said that he found a lot easier to move the heavy leather sofa on the new carpeting. Guess I would need to look for a carpet rake to eliminate those marks. As for the stretching in an upstairs bedroom, to my dismay, a part of the bump on the old carpeting came up again a week later. The salesperson had told me that the stretching was to be closer to the wall where there was a door while the stretching guy said it was to be the opposite wall with no door. Did not want to mess up the line between the hallway and the bedroom. Have not yet called the store to request another stretching in that bedroom.

"I had my house windows CLEANED (inside/outside)--not repaired. The house is almost 30 years old and the windows (to my knowledge as 3rd owner) are original to the house. Premier came out and cleaned the windows as requested. After they left I noted some areas that seemed hazy on one side of the house. They returned to re-clean those windows in front of me (from the outside while I was inside), and it was clear that it wasn't their products nor cleaning ability but the age of the windows that had a haze that could not even be scraped off. I was satisfied with their patience and professionalism in handling my return request. I would hire them again."

"They were responsive and skilled in the labor. However, the level of the quality was not up to my expectations. I was hopeful they would be able to remove all cracks, insure consistency in the grouting, but they did not provide a consistent service and I had to report flaws in the service to the inspector. Their color choices also did not match the color scheme of the bathroom which should have been an easy fix."

"He came out on Saturday, June 4th and gave me a free estimate for drywalling,mudding my basement and painting my living room.  He said he can start the work on Monday, June 6th.  He was very pleasant and kept true to his estimate. On Monday he came early in the morning and painted my living room.  By Monday afternoon, he was drywalling and mudding my basement.  He was finished with my basement by Tuesday, June 7th.  

His works speaks for itself. He came in with a team of 2 and they were done so soon.  I love the outcome out my basement so much that I already made an appointment for him to paint my basement and put title on the floor."
