"I had a Clorox toilet scrub pad stuck in the toilet. I was concerned about the problem it may have caused. Nolan came out and look at the problem. He flushed the toilet a few times and apparently the scrub pad may have gone down the sewage. To be sure, he also used his endoscope to look at the outside sewage line to confirm the water is flowing smoothly. There was no charge for coming out for his evaluation. "For specific projects there was no choice for emergency or burst pipes and that's what we had. We had a pipe burst in our garage, and it was flooding the garage. We had to call the non emergency dispatch to see if we could get help turning off the main water valve; it was frozen. The dispatch told us that there were approximately 10,000 people without water due to bursting pipes.
