"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"

So I asked him to check the dryer vent hose.  He agreed and had the vent hose off and shaken clean in under five minutes. Thats why the received a C rating for Quality, I had clumps of dryer link on the carpet and between the washer and dryer that where never picked up. I thought he would have vacuumed.
