"CALL THESE GUYS FIRST! We have a drain in our basement that has overflowed for years. It's finicky and the problem comes and goes depending on the activity. We recently decided to fix it once and for all- we had THREE Rooter companies come out and all three provided different 'solutions'. Rooter-Man was the ONLY company to spend the time to determine the problem, test their theories and work tirelessly until the pipe was cleared out. The other companies had me prepared to spend TEN THOUSAND dollars with them to trench a new line in our backyard. Shane from Rooter-Man was honest, professional, nice, hardworking and knowledgeable. "Jimmy came out on time and fixed what I needed.  His rates are reasonable and he does good work.  It took him a couple of tries to get the drain unstopped, but he got it done!

"I called Jamie in the morning, he returned the call shortly afterwards and was able to come that afternoon, even though this wasn't an emergency. The sprayer nozzle in the kitchen sink was dripping and seemed to cause the regular faucet water flow to pulsate. There also was water in the cabinet under the sink leaking  from the sprayer nozzle hosing. Jamie examined everything carefully, cleaned the nozzle and the faucet. He explained the design of the nozzle leads to dripping and explained how to reduce that.  He felt the problem was somewhat due to recent work on the main water lines, so he examined the main water valve, cleaning out a lot of debris that had been caught in the filter screen. He worked carefully and thoroughly and is very polite and pleasant. He honored a $25 coupon that was on the Angie's List site. His regular fee is $85 per hour, but the coupon brought the cost to us down to $60. We would definitely use Jamie again.

"After careful consideration we chose Classic Granite & Marble to install our quartz countertops, under mount stainless steel sink and Kohler faucet. I am happy to say that we are completely satisfied. The two installers (Alfredo & Helder) were professional and courteous. I was not at home but I was able to communicate and watch the installation process via my Ring camera. The (CADCAM) measuring and cutting of the quartz was exact and we don't have any gaps between the countertop, stove and refrigerator. There is one seam which is located at the midway point of the sink that is hardly noticeable. The other side is which includes the backsplash is hidden by the touchless faucet (which looks like a work of art). Last but certainly not least, our salesman (Andrew Boone) arrived at our home and he was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He addressed our concerns and searched the internet for pictures of kitchens that showcased our countertop selection (Pietra). Andrew took preliminary measurements in order to give us the cost for our project. However, he did inform us that the cost might change if the final measurements indicated that we would need more quartz. Immediately, I thought that this was their way of getting more money out of us but that did not happen. Finally, we are very happy with our experience and we highly recommend them. Brian & Sabrina"

"On 1st unit, techs added a lot of freon and cleared the blocked drain line from the blower. The continuous running on the the second unit has been a recurring problem that had been treated prior as thermostat problem. The problem has always returned after thermostat replacement. The AAA tech is the first to examine the blower thoroughly and discover a bad module as the problem. Hopefully, this will be a lasting fix."
