"Paul Biniek were responsive and courteous. They identified the problem and proposed a solution. Biniek quickly worked us into the schedule. Even coming in on a long weekend holiday to prevent further water leakage to the interior of our home from the roof."

"Kurt Frey is very good to work with, a good craftsmen and all around nice guy. We had him do the second door because he did such a good job on the first one. He did everything for the door including outside and inside trim work. He did a great job matching the stain on the trim. I didn't quite get the right size door for the walkout basement (so many different sizes because there is no exact standard!) so he had to do extra framework and adapt the trim and it looks great. He had to charge slightly more but it was very reasonable considering the extra work and materials and another trip to Lowes.  Unfotunately I don't remember the cost since the work was done in 2011 and I am writing this review in 2016, but it was reasonable compared to 2 other estimates. <br />"

"The plumber is Mr. Barrick with T and T. He was very professional and on time. He was very efficient. He was in and out in a half of an hour. We built the house 20 years ago and were afraid it was going to take forever and cost a fortune. We had the choice of invoice now or mail later. We chose invoice now. He went right out to the truck, itemized everything and got our bill to us right then. My husband was a contractor for years so he appreciated that. He was very polite and customer oriented. He wished us a Happy Thanksgiving and "God Bless." We will recommend him to anybody! We thought the price was very reasonable. The toilet was almost $700 but it was the one we picked in order to save water. We are going to have the other bathroom done by him too! We researched on line and picked Tand T. Our brother-in-law recommended him too."

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Shippensburg, PA

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
